 ORTHOPEDIC MASSAGE

 

Orthopedic massage is a therapeutic approach for addressing both acute and chronic conditions, combining soft and deep tissue manipulation, active release techniques, positional release, and trigger point therapy. This targeted treatment works to alleviate connective tissue adhesions, enhance circulation, restore range of motion, and promote tissue regeneration. In addition to pain relief and improved mobility, orthopedic massage helps reduce inflammation, improve posture, relieve muscle tension, and boost overall relaxation. These sessions supports the body’s natural healing process.

 THERAPEUTIC RELAXATION GENTLE, FIRM, OR DEEP TISSUE TREATMENT

 

This therapeutic treatment uses slow, gliding strokes with adjustable pressure—ranging from gentle to firm or deep—to promote relaxation and healing. Known for its ability to relieve stress, ease muscular pain, and rejuvenate the body, this approach soothes the central nervous system, enhances circulation, and helps remove lactic acid buildup. The result is a sense of deep mental and physical relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

 SPORTS MASSAGE 

This specialized bodywork technique is designed to target specific muscle groups, aiding in both the prevention and recovery of injuries while promoting overall well-being. Tight fascia and trigger points AKA "knots," limit flexibility, increase pain, and negatively affect performance. Applying consistent pressure to the trigger points, helps alleviate pain, restore range of motion, and improve muscle and nerve function by desensitizing the nerve receptor and increasing circulation to the muscle.

 YOGA THERAPY

Yoga is an effective practice for enhancing physical and mental well-being by fostering a deeper connection of the mind-body. It supports the development of flexibility and range of motion, strength, and balance, while also serving as a valuable tool for injury prevention and recovery.
